Sean has more than 15 years project planning, scheduling, and forensic schedule delay analysis experience gained predominantly in the energy sector. He is also technically qualified in both mechanical and electrical fields. Sean gained experience in power generation, nuclear projects and oil & gas. He is involved in managing all aspects of project schedules including project initiation, project planning, project execution, project monitoring and project closing.

The main role at Lesedi was a specialist in planning, scheduling and forensic delay analysis.

Koeberg Nuclear Power Station, South Africa
Provided Planned critical resource usage and Scheduling, together with developing integrated a master schedule (resource and cost loaded).

EPC Gas 1 Peaking Station, South Africa
Appointed to Communicate the project status, evaluated progress and risks, and substantiated all EOT claims.
